I'm bored.....

My life is boring.... I stayed home sick all week...... And today Kento and me had doctor appointments (and the doctor gave me the "Friends are nice" lecture...). And then we left and I got stressed out and cried the whole way home.

Besides that, life is boring. I've been either sleeping or playing gameboy all week..... So I'm not sure why I'm even posting. TTYL!

My "project"

I have a dream...... And this time it's not agility (although I'm gonna get to that sometime!). My dream is to get Matthew West in Salem. I've already confirmed that the Albany radio station KHPE (K-Happy) plays Matt's music.... So maybe I can get their support. When we find a church (if it's in Salem and big enough) I might be able to start planning around that. I know I'm only 13, but I want to do this! And I want to try to do it without a ton of help. Of course this wont happen for a while, but I want to try. Maybe even when I'm 14 or 15 I can make it happen. I'm gonna need some help, of course, but I don't want to hand over my project to the radio stations. I think if we find a church I can probably use it for a night..... And getting Matt here is another thing. On his site is a thing to contact to get him for preformances, but that wont be needed for a while. If we get a live chat, I might bring it up though.... Salem is big enough to handle a not incredibly famous yet singer. I know these are big plans, but I think over time I can make it happen. I'm crazy, I know. Crazy for even thinking about it! But it's worth a try.... I'm gonna try...... :)

Potlucks, goldens, and glitches! Oh my!

Well, the math department potluck went well. I spent about half the time upstairs with Bonnie, and half the time downstairs with people. I did a couple puzzles (one that wasn't really a puzzle... Just fun... And one was more puzzle-ish... And I finished the puzzleish one in 55 seconds!). Had some food, talked with people, petted Bonnie. It was a pretty good potluck!

Now when I got home, it was a bit diffrent. I got on Neopets to find an oldies glitch! It appears that the flash games wont send scores to people whi have accounts about 3 years old and older. Mine being at 3 years, I'm stuck in the mess. However when I joined in on one of the conversations, I spent the whole time defending TNT (The Neopets Team). People were saying they did it on purpose. They were gonna freeze all the oldies, and that kind of stuff.... Others were whineing about not etting thir NP. I stayed, though, and discovered that only the FLASH GAMES weren't working! Shokwave and java were just fine. Proveing that it's highly unlikely TNT is out to get us. So that was good. And now I'm off to play my favorite java game: Sakmet Solitare! :) TTYL!

A visit to Portland

Went to Portland today. My mom had an interveiw about gradguate school, so I got to visit with Cait. Max forgot about it, but that's OK. Cait and me waited at Seattle's Best for a half hour, then we went to See's Candy. My mom gave me $10, but we only used $3.05. We each got two truffel things. They were good.... I got the peanut butter patties and the carmel. Cait got two blueberry truffels. Then Cait went home, because she was really tired and wanted to get a nap before going to her friend's sister's birthday party. My mom was done by then, so that was OK. We met up at the AAA building.... My mom bought a few things there, then we went to Powells. We got a few things there, then went ot this one bakery that Rick really likes. My mom wanted to get these chocolate things that Rick absolutly LOVES. So we did that, then started home. We stopped by Rick's place to give him his chocolate things.... THen we came back home. All in all it wasn't ncredibly exciting... It was great to see Cait again though! :)

Going to the WOU math department potluck later.... It's at Carol's house again. She's one of the proffesors.... I'll probably spend the whole time upstairs with Bonnie (Carol's golden retriever). Like I did last year..... :) So I guess that's it... Maybe I'll post again later. TTYL! :)

Another day at Central High.....

Well, I really hate my school. It's a well known fact. Today wasn't to bad though. Mr. Fegley (my guidance counsler at school) pulled me from Japanese class (right after my group's presentation, so that worked out well...) to talk. So I went to the counslers office and he talked to me about the TAG (talented and gifted) list and stuff.... Turns out some really smart person put a TAG sticker on my file, but didn't put me on the TAG list. Brilliant people..... Anyway, he said he'd get me on the TAG list, and we also talked about why I hate the school so much........ And he told me my grades, because I didn't know.... I had A's in computer applications, math, English, and Japanese. I had B's in woods and horticulture. I had a C in science. This was all at the end of the 11-week long 12-week grading period.

So after I talked to Mr. Fegley, I had to go to science. Oh joy... My worst subject.... And a test! So I took the test and at the end of class we graded it. Mr. Wendring said to check after school if we wanted to know what we got. So I went, hoping all the notes and staying up 'til 3 AM taking them was worth it. I got 52/60. Mr. Wendring grades on a curve (or so he says), so he told me I got all 60 points, which put me at a 78% C.... And I'm thinking "still C??" So I leave, but then I turn around. That can't be right! I only missed a few assignments! So I asked, and he agreed. That just couldn't be right! He thinks I have a high B or low A.... So that's pretty good. Glad to know there might have been a grading error giving me a C... My reputation isn't totally dead!

Anyway, I was happy about the 100% on the test. So I guess today wasn't a total loss. Glad it's the weekend though..... Tommorow I get to see Cait and Max! :) So I guess that's it.... TTYL! :)
